Our Story

Rooted in Tirupur. Trusted worldwide.

Founded in 2000 by Mr. Dhurai, a farmer's son from the heart of Tirupur, Lakki Fashions was built on integrity and a deep respect for craftsmanship. Over two decades of manufacturing, he paired hands-on technical expertise with a modern approach to global fashion.

Today we are a vertically integrated manufacturing powerhouse — spinning, knitting, dyeing and garmenting on 1,000+ high-speed advanced sewing and special machines, producing millions of garments every year for international and Indian retailers, and home to our own menswear brand, MANACA.

Global success isn't just about machinery — it's about the integrity of the people behind the machines.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Quality is a process, not a final step

Our 5-stage QC framework ensures every garment leaving the floor meets the standards of global high-street retail — backed by AQL audits and 100% needle detection.

  1. 1

    Fabric & trims inspection

Incoming fabric audited on inspection machines using the 4-point system; trims checked against approved standards.

  2. 2

    Pre-production approval

Pilot runs and PP meetings lock construction, measurements and workmanship before bulk.

  3. 3

    Inline inspection

Roving QCs audit every sewing line through the day to stop defects at source.

  4. 4

    End-line & needle detection

100% end-line checking, and every garment passes high-sensitivity needle detectors.

  5. 5

    Final AQL audit

Pre-shipment audits to AQL or customer-specific standards for zero-defect shipments.
